As Payzlite is a digital POS software solution, we do not offer physical product returns. However, in special cases where a payment has been made in error, or the system fails to function as intended, a refund may be requested within 3 days of the initial payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method used.
